Shipping Policy

DEWMORA orders can include products with very different packing needs, from compact makeup and lip products to cleansers, SPF items, refill formats, brushes, beauty tools, coordinated sets, and selected lifestyle accessories. This policy explains how we prepare, dispatch, track, and support those shipments without treating every parcel as if it contained the same type of merchandise.

Shipping conditions can vary by destination, product combination, fulfillment location, carrier route, customs process, and local delivery network. We therefore describe delivery timing as an estimate rather than a fixed promise and focus on keeping customers informed when an order requires additional review or support.

Order Processing

Before an order is handed to a carrier, it may pass through payment confirmation, stock verification, item picking, option matching, packing, label creation, and final fulfillment checks. These steps are especially important for beauty products where a shade, size, refill format, or set configuration can change the exact item that should be shipped.

Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, promotional activity, or the number of items included in the purchase. An order containing several different categories, such as makeup, skin care, tools, and a coordinated set, may require more preparation than a single-item order.

If an item becomes unavailable or a fulfillment discrepancy is found before dispatch, we may contact you using the email address associated with the order to clarify the next step.

Checking Product Options Before Dispatch

Many DEWMORA products are option-sensitive. Foundation, concealer, blush, contour, lip, or eye products may be sold by shade or color. Skin-care and personal-care products may be offered in different sizes, capacities, travel formats, or refill configurations. Beauty sets may contain several individual pieces.

The selected option recorded on the order is used during fulfillment. Customers should review the order confirmation carefully and contact us quickly if they notice a shade, size, quantity, or set-selection error. Once fulfillment has progressed, a change may no longer be possible.

Packaging for Beauty and Personal-Care Products

We use packaging intended to protect products during ordinary transportation. The exact method depends on the merchandise in the parcel. Compact cosmetics may require protection against crushing, while liquid, gel, spray, or refill products may need additional attention to caps, seals, and movement inside the package.

Multi-item beauty sets and tools may also be packed so that separate components remain together during shipment. Outer shipping packaging can show normal signs of handling without necessarily indicating damage to the product inside.

If a parcel arrives wet, crushed, open, or otherwise visibly compromised, photograph the outer package and affected contents before discarding packaging materials. This can be useful if we need to review a carrier-related issue.

Estimated Shipping Time

Delivery estimates may be shown during checkout, in an order message, or through carrier tracking where available. These estimates are based on normal transportation conditions and may change after the parcel enters the carrier network.

Actual transit time can depend on destination, carrier capacity, handoffs between delivery networks, customs review, public holidays, severe weather, transportation interruptions, local service conditions, and other factors outside our direct control.

Tracking may also take time to update after a label is created or after a parcel transfers between facilities. A temporary gap between scans does not necessarily mean the parcel has stopped moving.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review the shipping address before completing checkout. The recipient name, street address, apartment or unit information, city, region, postal code, and other destination details should be complete and accurate.

If you discover an address mistake after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We can review the request, but an address change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment, label creation, or carrier handoff has started.

Incorrect or incomplete address information can result in delays, failed delivery, return-to-sender activity, or additional shipping costs. If a carrier cannot complete delivery because of address information supplied during checkout, we may need to wait for the parcel to return before determining the next available step.

Split Shipments

An order may occasionally be divided into more than one parcel. This can happen when products are prepared from different fulfillment locations, when certain items require different packing arrangements, or when part of an order is ready before the remaining items.

Separate parcels can receive different tracking numbers and arrive on different days. This is particularly relevant to orders that combine cosmetics, skin-care items, larger refill formats, tools, or accessory products.

If only part of your order arrives, review any available tracking information before assuming that the remaining items are missing.

International Orders and Customs

Cross-border orders may pass through customs, postal inspection, brokerage, or import processing in the destination country. These procedures can affect delivery timing even after the parcel has left the fulfillment facility.

Depending on the destination and local rules, a shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, handling fees, or other assessments. Unless checkout specifically states otherwise, charges assessed by customs authorities, carriers, or local agencies may be separate from the amounts collected by DEWMORA.

Customs authorities or delivery partners may require additional recipient information before releasing a parcel. Customers are responsible for responding to legitimate carrier or customs requests connected with their shipment.

Products With Liquid, Gel, Spray, or Refill Formats

Some skin-care, sun-care, cleansing, spray, or refill products can be more sensitive to transport conditions than dry cosmetics or tools. Temperature changes, pressure changes, repeated handling, and movement in transit may affect outer packaging even when a product remains usable.

If a cap has loosened, a container is leaking, a seal appears broken, or the product itself looks compromised when the parcel arrives, do not continue using the item while the issue is being reviewed. Contact us with photographs of the product, inner packaging, and outer parcel where relevant.

Delivery Delays

Delays can occur during peak seasons, customs processing, carrier congestion, severe weather, transportation disruption, public holidays, local delivery interruptions, or unexpected operational events.

We do not treat the estimated delivery date as a guaranteed arrival date. When tracking remains unchanged for an unusually long period or a parcel appears to have stopped progressing, contact us with the order number so we can review the information available from the carrier.

Delivered but Not Located

If tracking shows a shipment as delivered but you cannot find it, check the mailbox, entrance, reception area, parcel locker, building office, household members, neighbors, and other safe locations where the carrier may have left the package.

Some carrier systems mark a parcel delivered shortly before it is physically available to the recipient. If the parcel remains missing after checking the surrounding delivery area, contact us with the order number and tracking details.

A carrier inquiry may require confirmation from the recipient, and the information needed can vary by delivery provider.

Damaged Parcels and Product Condition

If a parcel arrives crushed, torn, wet, opened, or otherwise damaged, keep the packaging until the issue has been reviewed. For beauty products, the condition of seals, containers, pumps, caps, applicators, and set packaging can matter when determining whether transportation affected the merchandise.

Useful photos can include the outer parcel, shipping label, interior protection, damaged packaging, leaking product, broken compact, damaged brush or tool, and any missing or affected components.

Please avoid using a cosmetic, skin-care, or personal-care product if the seal or container appears compromised in transit.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If the parcel arrives but an expected item, shade, size, refill, or set component is missing or incorrect, compare the contents with the order confirmation and any separate shipment notices first.

Then contact us with the order number, the item affected, and photographs when helpful. For a multi-item set, showing the full contents received can make it easier to identify which component is missing or incorrect.

Refused and Returned Parcels

A parcel may be returned to the sender because of an incomplete address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal by the recipient, unpaid destination charges, or another carrier or customs issue.

If a shipment is returned, the next step depends on the reason for return, the condition of the merchandise, the available shipping options, and any costs charged by the carrier. We may need to receive and inspect the parcel before a reshipment or refund can be considered.
